This dish was a bit too salty for my taste. I think it could have done with less chorizo. The flavors were still good, but I would have liked it better with a more balance of flavors!

The instructions for this dish were a bit confusing. I ended up with a bowl of spaghetti squash and a bowl of chorizo and corn. I wish there were more detailed instructions on how to mix everything together!

I thought this dish would be more flavorful, but it ended up being a bit bland. I think it needed more spices and herbs to really bring the flavors alive!

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would have liked more of a focus on the chorizo and less on the sweet corn!

This dish is a great way to use up leftover chorizo. And the roasted corn adds a nice bit of sweetness to the meal!
