Chop Suey Casserole image

Yummy casserole that is delicious with a nice lettuce salad dressed with ginger dressing.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 lb ground round
1/4 c chopped onions
1/4 c chopped celery
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) la choy chop suey vegetables
1/2 c water
3/4 c uncooked rice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Brown beef, onions, and celery; then drain.
  • 2. Mix other ingredients with meat mixture.
  • 3. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with chow mein noodles.
