Steps:
- PREPARATION DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all base ingredients; blend at low speed until crumbly. Press in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. 2. While the cake is baking, in the same bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, (not evaporated) vanilla and 1 egg; mix well. Stir in toffee bits, pecans and both chips. Pour filling evenly over warm base. 3. Return to oven; bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely. Cut into squares. If desired, top with powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator and enjoy.
