I'm a huge peanut butter fan, so these scotcheroos were right up my alley. The peanut butter flavor is really strong and pairs perfectly with the chocolate and butterscotch.

I made these scotcheroos with healthier ingredients, such as oat flour, honey, and natural peanut butter. They were still delicious and satisfying, but without all the guilt.

I was so excited to find a gluten-free scotcheroos recipe! These turned out great and my family loved them. I used almond flour instead of all-purpose flour and they were still delicious.
