This is a recipe I make thats quick, easy, and healthy. You are getting your nutrients from the slimfast, as well as protein from the peanut butter, and dairy from the milk. It's quick and easy to make. (the recipe publisher didn't find the slimfast powder for calorie purposes, add 110 calories to the total for an accurate number).
