Chocolate Silk Pudding image

Saw this recipe in a flyer ... haven't tried it yet.

Number Of Ingredients 6

14 oz soft silken tofu
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c agave nectar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c raspberries
2 Tbsp chopped pistachios

Steps:

  • 1. Puree tofu, cocoa, agave and vanilla in food processor. Pour into serving dishes; top with berries and nuts.
