CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER BARS (COOKIE MIX)
Indulge in a super easy candy-like cookie bar with layers of favorite peanut butter and chocolate.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. Press in pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and butterscotch chips on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir until smooth. Spread over bars. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
