Chocolate Omelette image

From James Reeson Alive and Cooking. This is a memory one as my husband attempted something like this for the kids when I was away on a weekends mothers camp, but his was a disaster. From Debbwl's suggestion I have added strawberries to the recipe but of course you could add other fruit that is in season.

This omelette was a disaster! It was overcooked and the chocolate was burnt.

Overall, I thought this recipe was okay. The omelette was a bit dry and the chocolate flavor was a bit overpowering.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my omelette didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This omelette was a bit too chocolatey for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less chocolate.

I'm not a huge fan of chocolate for breakfast, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm glad I did! The chocolate was subtle and didn't overpower the other flavors in the omelette. It was a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
