Saw this being made on the food network- it looked so good I thought I should share it here- with a few changes here and there.

Steps:
- 1. Heat milk until bubbles begin to form around the edges of the saucepan. Remove from heat and add the chips and whisk to combine and blend. Pour into the chocolate cookie crust, spreading evenly; put in freezer until set , about 20 minutes.
- 2. Preheat broiler. Whip egg whites until frothy. Slowly add the sugar, beating until stiff peak form, about 3 minutes. Beat in the vanilla and marshmallow cream. Spoon mixture over the chocolate,Make sure you cover all the way to the edges of the crust.
- 3. In a preheated broiler, place pie on the middle rack of the oven and broil until the top is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Garnish top with mini chocolate chips. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
