These are my favorite cookies. I've seen them chocolate snowballs, chocolate crinkles and chocolate snowflake cookies. Whichever name you call them these are delicious cookies.

Steps:
- 1. Combine ingredients as listed above. Chill dough at least 4 hours or over night.
- 2. Roll into small balls or use a melon scoop to measure dough. Roll balls in sifted powdered sugar.
- 3. Place balls one inch apart on greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and place on wire racks to cool. Cool completely before storing
- 4. I like to use 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp almond extract. you can also use 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp peppermint extract instead of 2 tsp vanilla.
