Chocolate Frozen Greek Yogurt image

This frozen treat has a delicious chocolate flavor with a hint of tangy zip from the Greek yogurt! It's a nice change from ice cream and your family will love it!

1 c plain greek yogurt
1 c 2% evaporated milk
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp honey (substitute agave nectar)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pinch ground himalayan sea salt
1/4 oz shaved 72% dark chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except shaved chocolate; whisk until well-blended. Pour chocolate mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process until nice consistency according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end of churning, add shaved chocolate.
  • 2. Spoon chocolate yogurt mixture into containers and transfer to the freezer for 3 to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with raspberries, mint leaf and a small square of dark chocolate. Makes 1 pint
