Steps:
- Spread potato chips out on wax paper. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Drizzle over chips and peanuts. Allow to set up (you can pop them in the refrigerator or freezer to speed up this process). Break chips up into bite sized pieces.
