Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
- 3. Beat butter and sugars, until creamy.
- 4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- 5. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- 6. Mix together sugar in the raw and cinnamon.
- 7. Scoop dough into small balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- 8. Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes.
- 9. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes, then cool completely on wire rack.
- 10. Enjoy!
