Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Beat butter and sugars Add eggs & vanilla - mix Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and old fashioned oats - once ingredients are combined and the dough is formed, add toffee bits and chocolate chips and mix. I use a teaspoon to make cookies on sheet pan and bake in the oven til light brown on edges - about 6 minutes. I usually make a double batch and freeze some - I love to snack on this dough both raw & cooked! ;P To freeze the dough - take parchment paper, put dough in the center and then make a log. I then put it in a ziplock bag and put the date on it - can be stored for 1 - 2 months. I cut slices of the dough for a quick chocolate/toffee cookie dough fix or to bake off a few cookies!
