I found this recipe on Kathie Lee Gifford's website, and I'm listing this because it's a bit different than the recipes posted. I was looking for a different holiday cheeseball, and this one hit the spot. Instead of serving this with chocolate graham crackers, I used graham cracker sticks.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cheese ball turned out really dry. I think I might have overmixed it.

This is a great recipe, but I would recommend using a different type of cheese. I used cheddar cheese and it was a little too sharp.

I had some trouble getting the cheese ball to hold its shape. I think I might have used too much cream cheese.

This cheese ball was a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less salt next time.

I was worried that the chocolate chips would make the cheese ball too sweet, but they were actually the perfect addition.
