This is an impressive looking 4 layer chocolate Torte that is easy to prepare. You make it one day ahead and you start with a cake mix. It also is sooo good!

Steps:
- 1. Mix and bake cake mix according to directions on package,using 2-9" cake pans. Cool 15 minutes,remove from pans to cooling racks.
- 2. In a mixing bowl,beat cream cheese,sugar,vanilla and salt until fluffy.Fold in whipped cream.
- 3. Split each cake into 2 horizontal layers. Place 1 on a serving plate(brush crumbs off sides lightly)Spread with 1/4 of cream mixture.Sprinkle with 1/4 of grated chocolate. Repeat layers ending with cream mixture. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.(Anchor with toothpicks between layers)
- 4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
