I came up with this pie last year for the Fourth of July cookout.

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to directions. Pour into pie crust. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2. Peel and slice bananas. Discard ends. Carefully layer the slices over the chocolate pudding. Reserve 8 banana slices. Dip those 8 slices in lemon juice to keep from turning dark.
- 3. Prepare banana pudding according to directions. Pour over the banana slices. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- 4. Decorate the top of the pie with the reserved banana slices and whipped cream.
