Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
1/2 c finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 c minced chives
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1 dash(es) pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet, saute corn and onion in butter for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  • 2. Stir in the chives, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
