4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup thawed whipped topping
20 chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy)
4 squares semisweet baking chocolate, melted
colored sprinkles
mini chocolate chip
chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Stir in whipped topping.
  • Scoop 2 Tb. of the mixture onto the bottom of each of the 10 cookies.
  • Top with the second cookie.
  • Dip 1/2 of each sandwich in the melted chocolate.
  • If desired roll or lightly press edges in sprinkles, nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Place in a single layer in a airtight container.
  • Freeze 3 hours.
