Chipotle ( Turkey ) Meatloaf image

From Cooking Light December 2005. It calls for 2 pounds of ground turkey. I made this for my husband using 1/2 turkey and 1/2 lean beef since he doesn't like turkey loaves - it gave it the flavor of beef while still lightening it up. He loved it.

This meatloaf was a disappointment. It was dry and bland, and the chipotle sauce was too spicy.

The meatloaf was a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll add some more moisture next time, maybe some chopped vegetables.

This meatloaf was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I'll probably use less chipotle sauce next time.

I loved how easy this recipe was to make. I didn't have any chipotle sauce on hand, so I used a combination of chili powder and smoked paprika. It turned out great!
