3 tablespoons black rice vinegar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
optional: 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
optional: 1 teaspoon finely grated garlic
optional: 1 teaspoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
optional: 1 teaspoon chili sauce
optional: 2 -3 dashes sesame oil

Steps:

  • Mix all black rice vinegar and light soy sauce and add one or more of the optional ingredients. Let the dipping sauce infuse a few minutes before serving.
