Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef.
- 2. Add onion and celery and saute until onion is tender.
- 3. Add soup, water, soy sauce, and water chestnuts. Mix well.
- 4. Simmer on low while the noodles cook (about 10 minutes).
- 5. Combine mixture with the noodles and serve.
