Chilled Strawberry Soup image

I got this recipe off of Allrecipes. I love strawberries and this is the ultimate. It can be used as a soup to start a summer meal, or as a very thick smoothie to be drank anytime. It is a very eye appealing dish, especially when topped with fresh strawberry slices and a swirl of whipped cream. Cook time is actually chill time.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover strawberries. I always have a few strawberries left over after making a batch of jam or jelly, and this soup is a great way to use them up.
