I love spicy food, so I added a little sriracha to the peanut sauce. It gave the dish a nice kick, and it was still delicious. I also topped my bowl with some crushed peanuts for extra crunch.

I was a little disappointed with this recipe. The peanut sauce was too sweet for my taste, and the noodles were a little bland. I also found that the dish was a little too oily.
