I'm not sure what went wrong with my potato salad, but it turned out really bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't have much flavor. I think I might have used old potatoes, or maybe I didn't let it marinate long enough.

I love the addition of herbs in this potato salad. They give it a really fresh and flavorful taste. I also like that this salad is made with mayonnaise, rather than vinegar. It makes it much creamier and more satisfying.

This potato salad is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. I usually make a big batch of roasted potatoes on the weekend, and then I use the leftovers to make this salad during the week. It's a quick and easy side dish that's always a hit.
