CHILLED CANTALOUPE SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large ripe cantaloupe
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 c orange juice
2 tbl lime juice
fresh mint sprigs

Steps:

  • remove seeds from melon, cube the pulp place pulp and cinnamon in processor-puree combine orange and lime juices, stir into puree chill serve in chilled bowls garnished with mint
