CHILI MEATLOAF AND POTATO BAKE
I like turkey meatloaf but I like better when you make it like a shepards pie. Just the combination of it all cooking together gives it such a unique taste. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ground turkey, salsa, chili powder, egg, 2/3 cup of french fried onions, salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture into 9 inch square baking dish. Bake 25 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and juices run clear.Drain off fat. Combine potatoes and 1 cup of cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are golden.
