Chili Mayonnaise Shrimp Cocktail Sauce image

Yield 1 1/2 cups of Sauce

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl and mix until smooth; season with salt, as desired. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before using.
