Cook until very crunchy, 20-30 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes., Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients. Remove chickpeas from air fryer; let cool 5 minutes. Drizzle with oil mixture; toss to coat. Cool completely.
