This is a great appetizer or snack. It is best served at room temp or slightly warmed. It can be made ahead of time and re-heated or served right out of the oven. I often get asked to make this at pot lucks and family get togethers. This recipe can be halved to a 9X9" pan for a smaller portion.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my chili cheese squares turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked them.

These chili cheese squares were a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

These were a little too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I'll have to try them again with a milder chili next time.
