CHILI CEESE LOG
Steps:
- With electric mixer, thoroughly combine cheddar cheese and cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire. Shape into 2 thin logs. On waxed paper, sprinkle with chili powder and roll each log until thoroughly coated. Wrap logs in foil or waxed paper and refrigerate for 3-4 days to ripen.
