I've tried many different chile cheese grits recipes, and this one is definitely my favorite. The combination of cheddar and pepper jack cheese is perfect, and the chiles give it just the right amount of heat.

These grits were a complete failure. They were lumpy and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but they just didn't turn out right.

I thought these grits were just okay. They were a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added some more cheese and chiles.

These grits were a little too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I'll definitely be making them again, but I'll use less chiles next time.

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add a little bit of diced bacon to mine for extra flavor.
