Chickpea Dip image

Chunky and satisfying, this dip is great for a quick and light afternoon snack.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup cooked chickpeas
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Crackers for serving

Steps:

  • In a food processor, pulse together chickpeas with salt, pepper, and olive oil until roughly combined. Pulse in fresh cilantro and serve with crackers.
