1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped fine
4 cups chicken, cooked and torn into small pieces
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup green onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Keep chilled.
