Steps:
- Using a steamer add about 1 inch of water to the pan. Place wings in steamer cover and steam for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 425F. Layout wings on cooling rack over paper towels on a half sheet pan. Until cool. Prepare sauce blending the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and cajun seasoning. Coat cooled wings with prepared sauce and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Turn wings and recoat with any remaining sauce and bake again for 25-30 minutes until skin is golden brown.
