Steps:
- 1. In a jar with a lid or an bowl, combine the first eight ingrediants. Mix well.(makes about 2/3 cup) Preheat oven 350 F
- 2. In a small bowl add the olive oil plus 1 Tbs of the ceole seasoning. Mix to form a paste. Brush the olive oil mixture on the skin side of the chicken.
- 3. Heat a cast iron grill pan until it smokes lightly. When hot place the chicken skin down first and cook for about 3-4minutes. Brush more olive oil mixture onto the other side of the chicken. Turn chicken over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Place the cast iron pan into the oven and cook for about 8 minutes of until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
