I'm not a big fan of spinach, but I really enjoyed this dish. The lemon-spinach rice was surprisingly tasty, and the chicken was cooked to perfection.

I made this dish last night and it was a hit with my family! The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the rice was flavorful and fluffy.

This is hands down the best chicken tenders recipe I've ever tried! The chicken was so tender and juicy, and the lemon-spinach rice was the perfect accompaniment. I will definitely be making this again soon.
