Steps:
- Cut chicken in 3cm strips, coat casserole dish with cooking oil spray and cook chicken inn batches until brown, remove from heat. Cook onion, garlic and spices in same dish until tender. Return chicken to dish, add chicken stock and water, bring to boil. Bake covered in moderate oven for 1 hour and uncovered for another 45 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in dates, honey and nuts and serve sprinkled with fresh coriander. Good with rice or couscous.
