Number Of Ingredients 8
Steps:
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper.
- Put chicken into skillet and cook for 7 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Take chicken out of skillet and set aside; keep warm.
- Add onion to the same skillet.
- Stir while cooking for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in broth, dill, and cup of cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
