I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise, so I was hesitant to try this recipe. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The mayonnaise is not overpowering, and the other ingredients help to balance it out.

I was a bit skeptical about the jello topping at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It adds a nice sweetness and tartness to the salad, and it helps to keep it moist.
