Chicken-Prosciutto Pinwheels in Wine Sauce image

We host a large group for holiday meals, and these pinwheels always go over well alongside the regular dishes. I often double this recipe and use two 13x9-in. pans. -Johnna Johnson, Scottsdale, Arizona

This recipe is a waste of time and ingredients. The pinwheels were flavorless and the sauce was watery.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pinwheels didn't turn out well. They were tough and the sauce was bland.

These pinwheels were a bit dry. I think I would add more wine sauce next time.

I made a few substitutions to the recipe and the pinwheels still turned out great! I used white wine instead of red wine and added some chopped spinach.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but these pinwheels were amazing! The prosciutto and wine sauce really made the dish.
