My kids love this recipe so much that every time they come home from college, I need to make this. They tell all their friends about this recipe and make them try it when they come to the house. I have not had a bad remark about it yet

Steps:
- 1. Boil chicken for 30-40 minutes. Cut up into small pieces and place in bottom of square dish (approx 10X10)
- 2. Combine soup, sour cream and 2 tsp poppyseed. Place on top of chicken.
- 3. Mix together crushed crackers, melted butter and 2 tsp poppyseed. Place on top of soup mixture.
- 4. Bake 50 minutes.
- 5. Serve over white or brown rice. Enjoy!!
