CHICKEN PENNE AL FRESCO image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 garlic cloves sliced
3 c. uncooked mezze penne
3/4 c. white wine
1 1/4 c. fresh basil leaves
1 oz. parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked chicken diced
2 c. grape tomatoes
3 c. chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1. Spray deep covered baker with Pam. Place garlic and tomatoes in baker. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. 2. Crush tomatoes in baker. Add pasta, broth, wine, half of the basil and salt and pepper. 3. Microwave for 16-18 minutes. 4. Add rest of basil, cheese and chicken to baker; mix well. 5. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese.
