Chicken Macaroni Salad image

I purchased a store brand macaroni salad from Kroger and was a little deflated to say the least. So I did a little doctoring and the end result was very good. Use your own magic or mine's, either way enjoy! !

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add more salt and pepper to taste.

I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt instead. It was still delicious!

The dressing is tangy and creamy, and it perfectly complements the chicken and macaroni.

I love that this recipe uses cooked chicken instead of raw chicken. It makes it so much easier to prepare.
