Chicken Kelaguin (Guamanian Spicy Chicken) image

This recipe is one of my favorites. In Guam the chicken is normally grilled over a wood fire. I usually cook it over charcoal, but I have used boiled and rotrissere chicken with good results.

This dish was not what I expected. It was very dry and the chicken was overcooked.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend using less chili peppers if you don't like spicy food.
