Steps:
- 1. Season the chicken with the lemon pepper seasoning.
- 2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet; cover and keep warm.
- 3. Add the shallots and garlic to the skillet and cook until the shallots are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the concentrated broth, light cream, water and tarragon.
- 4. Return chicken to the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
