2 1/2-3 lbs cut-up chicken
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Arrange chicken parts in a casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl combine the ketchup, water, sugar and soup mix.
  • Mix together well.
  • Spoon over chicken, making sure the sauce is on every piece.
  • Bake covered at 350F for one hour.
