I'm not a big fan of enchiladas, but these were really good! The chicken was moist and the sauce was flavorful without being too spicy.

These enchiladas were easy to make and turned out great! I used rotisserie chicken to save time and they were still delicious. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

These enchiladas were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I think next time I'll use a milder salsa.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add more cheese. I love cheese and I think it would make the enchiladas even more delicious.
