I had some trouble rolling the enchiladas, but they still turned out delicious. I would recommend using a large tortilla so that they are easier to roll.

I've tried many enchilada recipes, but this one is by far the best. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the sauce is flavorful and creamy. I will definitely be making this recipe again and again.

I made a few changes to the recipe, but the enchiladas still turned out great. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts, and I added a can of corn to the filling. The enchiladas were a hit with my family!
