Stop by your local grocery store and pick up a rotisserie chicken - and mix with the other ingredients already on hand from the pantry and voila - supper! It makes one 9x13 or 2 8x8s. 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
13 oz evaporated milk
1/2 c chicken broth
8 oz package of herb season stuffing mix
1/2 c butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Debone rotisserie chicken. Cooked chicken breast can be substituted.
  • 2. Combine soups, milk, and 1/2 cup chicken broth in medium sauce pan. Stir until heated - set aside.
  • 3. Melt butter and then combine with stuffing mix.
  • 4. Spread 1/2 stuffing mixture in greased pan and put chicken pieces on top.
  • 5. Pour soup mixture over chicken and top with remaining stuffing mixture.
  • 6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
